Refund policy for Amateur Golf Challenge ("AGC") -

  • Entry fees to the AGC will not be refunded unless;
    • They were made in error by the Company
    • You cancel or pause the entry for which the entry fee is paid prior to the cut-off time
  • Should a refund be payable it will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase.
  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for issued, lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for expired gift vouchers.
  • Should you believe you are owed a refund for any reasons please contact us and we will respond promptly (allow 1 business day).
  • Any error made by the Company which result in a refund being owed will be processed within 5 business days from the date the error is established.
